Joint Ventures

Joint Venture (JV) is a great way to take on bigger projects with limited funds. While similar to a partnership, JVs are normally for a specific period of time with a defined end date or break clause. Other options are to conduct the business under one company’s name with all relevant parties signing a contract that clearly defines the roles, responsibilities, and percent ownership of the project.
